Our Team
Peppas & Partners is an international residential design studio specializing in high-end homes, luxury estates, renovations and the restoration of distinctive properties.
An international team based in Milan, the Hamptons and Beverly Hills, with partners and associates in all three locations, the studio brings together European design heritage and contemporary American design.
Our experience spans bespoke private residences, waterfront estates, Mediterranean villas and the transformation of historic properties. Each project reflects a commitment to excellence, thoughtful detailing, refined materials, and a strong connection between design, landscape and surroundings.
As the team grows across Europe and the United States, we keep a highly personal approach — international expertise, creative collaboration, and meticulous attention to detail at every stage of the design process.

We are an international team based in Milan, the Hamptons and Beverly Hills, with partners and associates in all three locations. Our designers, interior designers and project managers work together across all three locations, bringing European design heritage and American expertise to every project.
Our architects are licensed in Europe. In the United States, we provide residential and custom home design in collaboration with locally licensed architects and engineers.
Founder
Mikael Peppas

Born and raised in Athens, Greece, Mikael Peppas studied and worked in Milan, where he founded Peppas & Partners.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Diploma in Architecture, followed by a 4-year BA in the restoration of historic buildings and the arts.
A small studio with big commissions — in France; in Switzerland, in St. Moritz; in London, in Chelsea; in Vienna; on Mykonos; several buildings in Athens; in Nicosia and Limassol, Cyprus; in Beijing, China; and in the United States in New York, the Hamptons, and Beverly Hills and Newport Beach, California. He is the winner of two international awards, in New York and Philadelphia.
An artist and sculptor himself, his passion for art led him to open Big White Gallery on the island of Mykonos, Greece, which he ran for several years.
