A five-storey residence within the Ellinikon development, the urban regeneration of Athens’ southern coastline. Curved balconies, soft transitions and a strong sense of flow give it a contemporary Mediterranean language.
Fluid balcony curves soften the horizontal lines, adding sculptural presence along with privacy and shade, while each floor is tuned for light, sea views and indoor-outdoor living. The studio led the full residential design, authority coordination and permitting.
