House in Nicosia
A 12,000 sq ft private residence of minimalist, interlocking volumes that flow into the landscape. A 17-foot ceiling crowns the main living room, flooding it with light.
Seven bedrooms, three guest suites and two formal dining rooms line a central axis that opens to wide terraces and a sculptural pool. Warm stone, textured concrete and glass balance mass and transparency, while deep cantilevers and recessed glazing give privacy and easy indoor-outdoor living.
