Restoration · Chelsea, London, UK · 2015 · Completed
77 Ifield Road
A full restoration of a Chelsea townhouse, reviving its original period features while adding modern comforts. The work covered the façade, interiors, structure and building systems.
Craftsmen repaired and repointed the original brickwork and restored cornices and mouldings. Inside, period plasterwork and panelling were reinstated or remade by hand, and the structure was reinforced so the house can last for generations.
