A historic restoration, remodel and rear addition in the flats of Beverly Hills, on the oldest street in the city. The house was built in 1912, the same year as the Beverly Hills Hotel, which stands one block up the same street.
The street façade is restored and the interiors are remodelled, while a new addition at the rear extends the house toward the garden.
